An Academic Program structured to provide highly professional ongoing learning in the field of dog training.

Diplomas and Certificates issued by the Swiss Dog Sports Federation are valid throughout Europe as they are classified according to Article 57 TFEU (Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union) and therefore compliant with Articles 56-62 TCEE and are valid in the UK under the Learning and Skills Act 2000.

The Academy of the Swiss Dog Sports Federation focuses on pillars that we consider crucial for both a Sporting and Utility Dog Instructor to ensure optimal handling and complete well-being for dogs and handlers:

For this reason we have developed a program that provides organic growth for the trainer, leading them through sport and/or utility disciplines to the achievement of their goals.

In collaboration with SkillForge Academy the training path unfolds in:

 

  • Theoretical Lessons accessible 24/7 without constraints. At the end of these training modules a Certificate is issued which is valid as training credit for obtaining the diploma.

  • Live Interactive Webinars with Federation Trainers. Once the live session is over, the webinar is recorded and is accessible 24/7 without constraints. At the end of each webinar, a Certificate is issued that counts as training credit for obtaining the diploma.

  • Practical Sessions with quarterly access windows. Each quarter you will be able to follow your practical session in order to obtain the Certificate of Practice which is valid as training credit for obtaining the diploma.

 

Thanks to this training method you will have a modular training that fully satisfies the rhythms of daily life.
You can now obtain your Diploma by combining the various certificates without being tied to impossible timetables!
